DocuMint has proven processes that guide our efforts regarding Lease Expense Audits, Lease Expense Compilations and Lease Budget Administration Reviews. Our experience in these matters has helped us develop appropriate sensitivity to the value of landlord/tenant relationships while fulfilling our fiduciary commitment to you.

Our process begins with the initial lease abstracting during which we evaluate the completeness of the file, the coherence and consistency of the lease documents, calculate the deposits, rents and pass-throughs in strict accordance with the lease documents and report those out to our client. This "desk top audit" is an integral and included part of the lease abstract. No additional charge is incurred by our client above the lease abstract cost.

The next level of inquiry is the Lease Expense Compilation where we evaluate the results of our lease abstract review against year end and other statements from the landlord. If we note discrepancies, we recommend contact with the landlord at this point for explanations, further documentation and to seek resolution.

The last stage is the recovery audit; comprehensive, painstakingly detailed with a focus on developing and maintaining the evidentiary record for anticipated litigation.
