A partir de la fecha del vencimiento inicialmente prevista, esto es, desde el día 31 de Julio de 2009 inclusive, el contrato se considerará prorrogado automáticamente por un nuevo periodo de UN (1) año salvo que cualquiera de las partes renuncie expresamente a dicha prórroga automática mediante notificación cursada por conducto fehaciente, con una antelación mínima de seis (6) meses a la fecha inicialmente prevista de terminación de este contrato.
