Principals

DocuMint, LLC was formed by Steve Layton and Tracey Lloyd. Steve Layton is an attorney with over 20 years experience in the legal issues and executive management of commercial real estate portfolios. Before forming DocuMint, he served as the National Director of Lease Management Services for one of the nation’s largest CRE firms. Tracey Lloyd has over 12 years experience in property and lease management including years as Senior Property Manager, Senior Lease Analyst for some of the nation's largest CRE firms.

Experience

Our IT staff, management and abstractors are carefully and professionally trained and they maintain their credentials through continuing education focused on current issues.

We have served as outsource contractors and subcontractors to portfolios from less than a dozen to several thousand properties. We provide services to Sprint/Nextel, DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary, Children's Hospitals and many others. We were instrumental as lease management consultants to The Department of Health and Human Services in its EO 13327 compliance program. We have years of experience in the due diligence and portfolio organization processes associated with mergers and acquisitions.
